What an outstanding customer service experience we had with this company! It was a 90 degree day and we had been gone all day. Came home at 9:00 to a 85 degree house. The HVAC company we had been using the last several years had just kind of disappeared off the face of the earth. We had heard really good things about Carolina Comfort, so I pulled up their Facebook page and it said “always open”.
