Mike came by to give me an estimate. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He gave us a bid for a better furnace for less money than another company. There is an excellent chance we will be booking our installation because of Mike and with Betlam. We already know that John Betlem is a very reputable company from friends who do business with them.

Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two. He tried to sell me a $10,000 heating unit, I couldn't afford it so he cleaned it and left me with fears that it could harm my family. I've used Aaztec Heating since our business discovered them 15 years ago. When you work on homes pre-1940 you need a company familiar with boilers and able to convert radiator systems to infloor heat. John and his guys have always done a great job for us. It doesn't matter if its remove a radiator so we can sand a floor or boiler replacement. They've always been very competitive. As a contractor you look for who's going to give you the best service and who's on your team if we need to solve a problem. Aaztec gets an A rating in both of those area's.
