Called for help with ac's error codes. Unfortunately with timing and heat wave, someone could not come for a day or two. We discussed error codes and I was given advice on what I can try. As it turns out it was an easy fix and I was able to solve the problem myself. Saved time as well as cost for an emergency visit. Highly recommend.

BEWARE - Not Professional My air conditioning was cooling properly before having it serviced by Airplex and it does not cool at all after the service. When I asked Daniel to come back to look at the problem, he was non-responsive and made excuses of why he could not make it each time when we had an appointment scheduled. I had to dispute his charges because he refused to come back to repair his own work. He was arrogant and said he would come back but would charge me. Why would hire him again if he broke my HVAC after his service?!? Daniel will show up if there is money to be made but he will not stand up to his own work. Airplex, an HVAC Company you can trust. JOKE!

Daniel is awesome. The heating unit in our house broke four days before our move in date, and Daniel came out on barely any notice DURING A BLIZZARD to fix it. He got the job done and then went further above and beyond by calling later that night just to follow up and be sure everything was running smoothly. Very knowledgeable and honest, very fair prices, incredible level of service. Highly recommended!

They are very professional and fast, I delt with Danny, he knows his business very well fix my issues with an already installed wall Ac that was not draining from the nub that the unit comes with, it was leaking from both corners of the unit, but he ran a PVC pipe and connected it to the nub, now it works all good. Hire them there great and care about the work they do, not to mention called me back days later to make sure it was working the way it was supposed to.

I brought my deLonghi portable air conditioner because we thought it was not blowing as cold. I thought he would check it out and call me. Well to my surprise he checked the unit and it was blowing 41 degrees exactly what it should blow. I thought to myself here is a honest man, and all he had to do was take it in and say anything. Been using Dennis for years. Always quality service that he stands by. Old fashioned repair place that stands buy his work. I have used him for TV repair AC repair and TV and AC replacement. Very fair pricing and timely service. I recommend him to do what ever is needed. No bait and switch here. In this day and age to have an honest repairman is a wonder and that is exactly what he is. He will always tell u exactly what u need. Also installs anything u need. Does computer work as well. He installed a pair of speakers in my laptop and there hasn't been a problem since.

I am known to Dennis as Sansui Evelyn because that is the stereo equipment I have been bringing to him for at least the past ten years. I have had him repair: tuner, amplifier, tape deck, CD player at different times. He has always researched to find parts (system is 40 years old). He contacts me when part is found, gives me the price in order to get approval, then makes the repair in a timely manner. After many years of having tuner repaired, he could not find a part at reasonable price, so I went on eBay and purchased a used tuner for much less than the part. Took it in to him to check it over - nothing needed repair. I am completely satisfied with all service. If something Dennis repairs does not live up to reasonable standards, he does whatever he can to make it right. I don't know if there is a warranty on work (because I never checked and I only needed to return once in 10 years and was handled well). You can ask him about this. This is a business that stands by its work.
