Adam and Abel were extremely professional, while being very personable and easy to communicate with about what they were doing to my system. They cleaned out years of buildup yard waste from inside my outside unit and hosed it off to allow better drainage before Winter sets in. I can’t say enough good things about the crawl space work that Brad did under my home. I bought the house knowing the crawl space had water issues and had intended to address them but put it off due to the cost. I had Brad come out and he suggested a plan of action that was exactly the same as I had already been quoted but was $1700 less.We now have a dry and clean crawl space area under our home and it no longer smells musty and moldy. They are now our "go-to" for all HVAC needs moving forward.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My heat pump had an issue, and they came out and worked on it in the snow just to make sure I had heat! Simply put, Colt's Cooling charged me $89.95 for the labor to install a Defrost Board. Blaze Air tried to charge me $522 for the same labor. I canceled my service contract with Blaze and will now be using Colt's.
