Caleb was great for Reagan and Sons Heating and Air when he came for a service call for no cooling on my Tempstar heat pump. My 91 year old mother lives with me and I really appreciated the prompt service call of less than 3 hours after my initial call. Caleb diagnosed problem and had me up and running in 10 minutes! Wow! Capacitor was bad. Highly recommend Caleb and Reagan and Sons.

Regan & Son is simply the best! They have been quick to respond to calls and provide quality HVAC service. Each technician worked with has been friendly, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. One scenario where a popular HVAC company quoted an extensive and expensive repair job, Regan & Son solved within a couple hours and the final cost 1/4 of what the other company had quoted. The are worthy of more than 5 stars. Definitely keep them on speed dial.

Super easy to make an appointment. Bradley was amazing. Completed the work quickly and went the extra mile to clean up and order parts. He was even kind enough to change the light bulb in my crawl space. Looking forward to a long relationship with Regan & Son!!!

Just wanted to comment on the service call we received 10/21. Very impressed with the young man performing our service and his level of HVAC knowledge. I’m sorry I cannot remember the name of the other gentleman with him, but he was in training and Andy took the time to teach him as they were working. Both did a great job and I hope to see them for our future service needs. Very professional!

Andy has consistently provided great service for the commercial HVAC units at our business. Along with being polite and on time for appointments, he is extremely thorough in his work. Recently we had an AC issue on a very hot day. Andy went out of his way in the very early morning to make sure we had AC so we could stay in business. The Dairy Bar in Stony Point has been with Griffin heat & Air ever since we opened in 1975 they always have done excellent work. We just put in a new system and a splitter system for the kitchen. They did a great job putting both systems in. We love it. And fast service. And a great staff. Thanks!

Griffin installed our Carrier heat pump 18+ years ago and maintained it 2x annually. They just installed the top of the line Carrier in our home. The entire process went smoothly from educating me to pricing to installation. I’ll buy my next Carrier from John in 2039 when I’ll be 87 years old.

John cleaned our dryer vent, and most urgently, replaced a duct extension that had fallen from the wall. He was amazing. I own a property management company, one of the number one causes of house fires are due to dyer vents. So we have now started calling duct doctor and will likely do it prior to each move in to ensure our tenants safety. The company was professionally from start to finish. Very easy to get a hold of, showed up on time, my tenant told me they did a great job and were very friendly. To anyone in the real estate industry looking for someone to refer for this scope of work, remember sometimes your only as good as the person you refer. Make sure it’s these guys.

Quick and efficient cleaning. We had duct doctor clean due to previous owner’s animals, and our cat allergies. The before -and-after pictures they send are amazing. Technicians were on time, careful around the house, and very friendly answering all of our questions. The service is a little bit pricey, but I think it was worth it.

These guys were fantastic!! They were on time, explained everything they were going to do! They wore masks and shoe covers, which was super important to me as I am “at risk” and they did a great job cleaning our ducts!! We can totally notice a difference! They gave us before and after photos as well! They are also very honest. They found a ring inside one of our air ducts and gave it to us right away. A little diamond and ruby gold ring! We would’ve never even known it was in there! They’re Aces!!

Sean was great – it was not an easy job replacing the coil to our unit but he did not seem rushed. He was very pleasant and professional and provided a detailed explanation of the work he performed.
