Direct Home Services was wonderful to work with. I called them on a Monday, they came out within 3 hours to look at my system. The technician was knowledgeable and gave me some great insight into what was wrong with my system (needed to replace the whole thing). I did some shopping around, but Direct Home Services really had the best price, and the best guarantee of the system, and financing.

I had one of their Tech's come out on a service call only to be told that my unit was totaled, this was Friday. When i called Monday to see about getting a replacement I spoke to Ryan. He was knowledgable and courteous. It's their peak time of year and here we are two days later and I've got a brand new heat pump and a nice cool house. The service tech were great and very polite. My wife is disabled and it's been a huge relief to have a working heat pump.
