So pleased with Access Heating and Air. Lisa in the office is so great and really out to help the customer. And Steve the tech is so great, honest, efficient and all around good guy.They did an entire replace for our outdoor unit so quickly and we had another issue due to previous company and they came out and fixed at no charge and considered it a recall visit. They are so honest and we are so pleased to find a company who truly are dedicated to help their customer and not charge them unnecessarily. Thank you Access Heating and Air and Lisa and Steve!!

Access Heating & Air installed a Mr. Cool mini-split system in my garage. I purchased the system because it is marketed as "DIY." I was able to begin the installation myself, but definitely needed an HVAC technician to complete the install. Both Tim and the other Access technician were courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Tim took the extra time to explain the equipment and process to me. These days, it is difficult to find knowledgeable, quick-thinking, and courteous technicians with the exact expertise you need. Thank you so much !! Greatly appreciated.

They were the absolute best after hours and during business ours. I loved the fact that even the receptionist Gabrielle had suggestions that actually work to help fix the problem temporarily until they could come out. She was so nice and comforting through the stressful time of not having AC on such a hot day. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We were in desperate need of someone to come out and check our unit. After returning home from our vacation, we walked in the house only to realize the it was 83° at 7 a.m. when the thermostat was set at 72°. With a 9 month old and 2 dogs, there was no way we could wait 2 weeks for someone to "fit us in". After contacting Kenny, he was able to come over early that afternoon and after 5 minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and fixed us right up! He even made sure the rest of the unit was in proper working condition before he left. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience, Xtreme Heating & Air will forever be our go-to. I've already referred my father in-law!

My home warranty sent me to them after having issues with a prior service company. And Sean G came out and took the time to explain the challenges with meeting expectations in a home warranty. After a few minutes he found the problem and showed me options and reasons to upgrade my system. Well i learned freon is being phased out and my warranty will be ordering and shipping and needed materials to xtreme heating and that would be very time consuming . Being its summer and i didnt want to wait I decided to upgrade threw xtreme. All i can say is WOW . They new system runs great !!! My air flow has improved and look forward to see how much my utility bills drop. Its very clear to me that his crew really cares and did everything to make me comfortable during the whole process. They cleaned up great and got me running the following day!!!
