He tuned it up, fixed the settings, and made suggestions for making our smart thermostat even smarter. Remodeling a 80 year old Sugarhouse basement. I had to remove the furnace duct work because it was old and had asbestos wrap. I called 4-5 companies. Two never called back, the other a week later. The first real bid included the statement " do you need financing ", the first thing when talking to them. The quote was high and also did not include the Hard Duct that I wanted. Chuck, from Lee's came over and we talked and explained what was needed. I received a bid that was reasonable. Two days later the work was started and completed, in one day. Super workers, Chuck stopped by and supervised for 10 minutes, with his aged experience. The guys did a great job. The basement Ducting looks great and I have a functional furnace for winter.

We recently moved into a newly built home and heard that we should have our air ducts cleaned due to the construction dust. They were professional, walked us through the whole process, completed the job on time, and was reasonably priced. We were amazed to see what came out of our air ducts!
