We called about 10PM on a holiday weekend. Temperatures near 100 . Our air conditioner stopped working. I called and left a message about needing service. Thomas called is back a few minutes later. We discussed the problem . He gave us a quote and said he had to finish the job he was on and it would be a 1/2 hour before he could leave. He arrived about 45 minutes later. He went to the compressor cleaned it and replaced a start capacitor. He reset system and waited for it to start.We were very happy with his immediate response and service. We highly recommend him .

This is one of the most decent honest companies I’ve ever used. As luck would have it our furnace stopped working on Christmas eve. We were searching very hard to find someone to come out. I found Engineered Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC and what a blessing. They came out ASAP and was faced with all part stores being closed due to the Holiday but the owner didn’t let that obstacle stop them. The owner got involved and secured the part we needed and came 6:30 a.m. Christmas morning and repaired our system restoring heat to the home that had been cold for 24 hours. The owner was concered about my 96 year old mother who is very fragile being in the cold temperatures as we were also. I can’t say enough about the good impact this had on my mom’s Christmas and health. If you are in need of furnance or central Air repair, this is the company. I give them AAA+

Tom Hoffmann has been providing my HVAC service for years. Most recently, he installed a new thermostat. Previously he has replaced HVAC systems, and repaired hot water heater. He is detail oriented, very intelligent and incredibly hard working. He is a University of Missouri Rolla trained engineer. He knows specifications, safety issues and more information about the HVAC systems than a service technician. I highly recommend his services for all jobs - large and small.
