I want to let you know that i felt very comfortable with the service provided at my home. the service tech told me of the issues with my furnace in easy to understand terms and did not try to push me to do anything i didnt want to do. he even gave me an opportunity to save money on filters that i have been paying $50 for at the hardware store, by buying them direct from your company. I had called a big name company here in town, they did a repair that lasted less than a week, called them back and they... mentioned I would have to pay additional labor, etc. My neighbor recommended Desert Star, so i gave them a call. The manager gave me a couple of options and of course I chose the more inexpensive option since I had already paid a previous company for a repair that was NOT refunded, I mentioned my concerns so they had mentioned that if this repair did not work I would be able to credit it towards a new system.....which I did after calling them back a month after their repair.
