I would like to add my review to Stewart Air. I work for a nationwide security company and was at Mr. Stewart's home doing some repairs. We struck up a conversation and I asked him if he would look at my system and give me an estimate to replace it.Read MoreIt hadn't worked in two years and at the time my wife was diagnosed with cancer and was uncomfortable enough as it was. Mr Stewart said yes but first get 3 or 4 estimate from the big franchise folks and then call me. He told me he would look at the estimates, show me where they were cutting corners and then install a very efficient Rheem unit at the cost of my lowest estimate. His men came out and did a great job, Mr Stewart himself came out to power it up and check all the functions. Not only did it work amazingly, he upsized it because I mentioned that one day I might like to add a room so he put in a unit big enough to handle the extra living space Overall I would gladly recommend Mr. Stewart & Stewart Air highly. But before I reached out to him I contacted the company that installed the first unit and got an estimate.Read MoreI then contacted Stewart Air and Maurice came out and not only gave me a reasonable estimate but helped me understand the workings of the different brands and units. No matter how often I asked questions he was patient and explained it again until I understood. I decided on a unit and we went from there with no problem. He was here on the day of the install assisting and making sure everything was properly installed and that the unit was working 100. I recently contacted the office for routine service. Maurice came out and while here he told me some things to do to keep my unit running efficiently and the importance of keeping the unit maintained which was very helpful. I highly recommend Stewart Air.

I had a couple different companies come out to give me an estimate on replacing one of my HVAC units for my downstairs. Hands down the best decision made having Carolina Comfort do the Job. Nolan came out and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. His crew came out and knocked out the job and went above and beyond. What an outstanding customer service experience we had with this company! It was a 90 degree day and we had been gone all day. Came home at 9:00 to a 85 degree house. The HVAC company we had been using the last several years had just kind of disappeared off the face of the earth. We had heard really good things about Carolina Comfort, so I pulled up their Facebook page and it said “always open”. I hit “call now” expecting to get an answering machine to leave a message so hopefully we could get a call back the next day. Much to my surprise, Jason answered! Andy has consistently provided great service for the commercial HVAC units at our business. Along with being polite and on time for appointments, he is extremely thorough in his work.
