He took a good look at it and explained to me how our furnace works and what was going on. I really appreciated understanding what was going on. He got it cleaned up, and now it's working fine. I can’t say enough good things about the crawl space work that Brad did under my home. I bought the house knowing the crawl space had water issues and had intended to address them but put it off due to the cost. I had Brad come out and he suggested a plan of action that was exactly the same as I had already been quoted but was $1700 less.We now have a dry and clean crawl space area under our home and it no longer smells musty and moldy. They cleaned out years of buildup yard waste from inside my outside unit and hosed it off to allow better drainage before Winter sets in.
