Bill from Akian Plumbing was extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and service oriented. He arrived on time in a mask, gloves, and booties. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our toilet, carried out the repair quickly and expertly for a reasonable price, and then checked in on any other issues we might have while he was there. We couldn’t have been happier with Bill’s amazing service and will certainly turn to Akian again in the future for our plumbing needs.

Why didn’t I call New England Air HVAC First??!! I have a Pioneer Heat Pump Mini Split with condenser problem. Had three different companies out to look at it. Most charge between $85 and $100 just to walk in your door. Got estimates ranging from $8,000-$11,000. That’s for heating /cooling one bedroom! They refused to replace with a Pioneer. Demand I purchase a Mitsubishi. I finally contacted New England Air HVAC. They ordered a replacement Pioneer condenser and scheduled an installation. They were gracious in rushing the installation due to impending move in of tenants. They kept me informed all along the process, showed up on time. They were polite and efficient. Very happy with service- plus I saved thousands of dollars. Great company, excellent workers.
