After having a couple different quotes for a new furnace and oil tank installation, Ward heating and cooling offered the best prices and came out right away to take a look at the existing system. Tom has been our go to guy for annual service of our heating system for 3 or 4 years now. When we had a "water emergency"...hot water poring off our boiler...on a Sunday no less...he was there within a couple of hours to stop the damage and back on Monday to solve the problem. With his support staff's help he is also handling the warranty inquiry with hopes of getting us back the money we are owed due to what was quite possibly faulty equipment. Responsive, fast, helpful & professional. 5 stars for sure!
