I've used Aaztec Heating since our business discovered them 15 years ago. When you work on homes pre-1940 you need a company familiar with boilers and able to convert radiator systems to infloor heat. John and his guys have always done a great job for us. It doesn't matter if its remove a radiator so we can sand a floor or boiler replacement. They've always been very competitive. As a contractor you look for who's going to give you the best service and who's on your team if we need to solve a problem. Aaztec gets an A rating in both of those area's. I never hesitate to recommend Aaztec Heating to my customers needing boiler service or to contractors looking for an estimates on their next project. The Mirror Lake Condominium Association had 16 boilers replaced September 2006 by Aaztec Heating. The work was done in a timely manner. Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two. He tried to sell me a $10,000 heating unit, I couldn't afford it so he cleaned it and left me with fears that it could harm my family. After a few years (during that time I was afraid of having it cleaned or serviced) I read an article in the Rochester D&C about preparing your furnace for winter. The article stressed the importance of checking and cleaning your furnace. The article portrayed a gentleman from Hallmark Heating & Cooling. He had a recommendation from RG&E as a local reliable service provider. I was scared due to my previous experience but knew I needed to have my furnace cleaned and looked at. I called them and requested their service. I was very impressed with his prompt return of phone calls, low prices, and HONEST, Reliable, quality of service. He told me my furnace was fine and it still had a few good years left on
