Jordan has done fabulous work for us. He installed a new central heating and air conditioning system that we are very happy with. He also installed a hybrid water heater when we needed access to more hot water for our walk-in tub. Jordan is very responsive whenever we call with any issues related to plumbing or AC. Great service and a really nice guy! Always reasonable with his fees.

I never really knew what an “Emergency AC Repair” meant until I needed one. We have a newborn baby, an elderly grandma, and new mom recovering from child birth in our home and on a blazing night, the AC stopped at 10PM. I submitted a chat message on the wicked cool website and instantly was contacted that a tech was on the way within the hour. Andy and his crew at Wicked Cool Air Conditioning installed our new AC last year. Since then we have had both fall and spring AC maintenance checks. On our latest maintenance check, also had our very rusty 30 year+ disconnect box replaced with new breaker and surge protection to prevent condenser damage during severe Florida lightning storms in the summer. Some companies only care about the initial sale and are hard to get after that. So we’re beginning our second year of being serviced by Wicked Cool with their maintenance agreement. We had scheduled service checks which gave a great deal of confidence our equipment was up to handling the high demand of high heat an unbearable humidity. We had an unexpected failure of a systems fan. Wicked was out the next morning, determined the problem, order the replace parts and installed a similar fan from a parts unit at their shop which kept us up and running. They also provided us the exact cost of the replacement costs. Great for allowing us to make certain we had the necessary funds available. I’m not sure how long it took to get the new parts because we had constant service. Our neighbors that didn’t have a maintenance agreement or Wicked Cooling as a supplier were forever getting their equipment up and running after hurricane Ian. They were forever getting service. Wicked Cool Maintenance Agreement has been great insurance.

So impressed with the service from Cool-It and Billy. Honesty and company integrity are very apparent. We were told by our management company that our AC unit was causing issues in the building and sent us a quote for repair of $400+ dollars. Billy came out took picture and told me nothing was wrong with the unit or primary or secondary drain lines. He spoke with the building management, showed them pictures and told them our unit was working properly.
