Very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Advised me on many things concerning the issues with my A/C unit and gave me great tips on things I can do on my own, maintenance wise. Best part of the service was Scott finding out I am a US Marine Vet, and giving me a Huge discount on services. I definitely know who to call if I ever have any more HVAC issues in the future. I highly recommend Scott from Patriot Air Conditioning!! Excellent customer service and the cost for the repair was very reasonable!! Scott arrived on time, the work he did on my unit was more than I expected; he told me it would take about 3 hours to install a new compressor in my A/C unit and he was done on time just as he told me.
