I asked a friend to recommend a good honest A/C service for my Trane system. I had been using another local company and had become very dissatisfied. Although their annual service work was alright, every time they came out they seemed to raise points of doubt that made me question if my units were ok to run. Their strategy is to put doubts in the minds of the customer so they can sell them a new unit an inflated price. The present service, Pullen, told me there was nothing wrong with the unit, and it has functioned fine since.

Krafft is are go to for AC service and maintenance. Our server room AC went down over the weekend. I made a call and they sent someone out that day, assessed what needed to be done and ordered the part.
