His former contact, perhaps 2014 I think, convinced me that he was knowledgeable and ADA was a company I could feel comfortable dealing with. Motherboard on our HVAC system went out today and after we called for a diagnostic service visit we were expecting them to come on Monday but less than 20 minutes later dispatch called and said they could be here today and 20 minutes later they were on their way! They reviewed, explained everything, left to get a part and were back in less than 15 minutes. System is now back online and we have heat! This is not the first time they have provided us with excellent service and I will use them every time. What do I love about Stewart? -always efficient, polite, reasonably priced and they have never treated me (as a woman) as if I didn't have a clue about HVAC! Shout out to Drew and Tyler for excellent service.

I called for an appointment when our air went out today. They were all booked, but after calling around to find out everyone else was booked too I called the number for an emergency call. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, the technician arrived very quickly, and everything was repaired for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
