Eddie Montz came to my home thru home warranty for my ac not only is he knowledgeable, but professional as well. He really went the extra 2 miles on my unit. If I ever needed to replace any of my 4 ac units The Montz Company would be my first call.

My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Upon arrival, the Technician, Ryan, was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a fix. Our A/C was up and running in no time. Ryan explained everything he was doing in detail, gave me maintenance pointers, and provided a thorough explanation of the bill.

We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. A technician came the next morning, well before the scheduled time and fixed the issue within an hour. He recommended we have the outside unit cleaned and he was 100% correct. Within minutes of the cleaning, the hottest room in our house was colder than ever. All prices were quoted up front and there were no surprises.
