We are a small family operated Heating and Air-conditioning company located in the heart of Alexandria, Virginia. Established by Master Technician, Mr. Carlos Olmos, a technician with 18 years experience in the field. When Covid-19 began he was laid off at a company where he was employed at for over 8 years. There he helped grow the HVAC department and trained several apprentices into technicians who are thriving in the business now. Being laid off actually gave him the push he needed to finally go for it and begin his own company. January 2021 we opened the doors to Comfort-Tech Llc. We just celebrated our 2 year anniversary!!! Local Ties Carlos was born in Washington, Dc in 1980 to immigrant parents who came to America from El Salvador. He attended elementary school through high-school in Alexandria, Va. graduating from Mt.Vernon High school in 1998. His junior and senior years in high school he took a Vocational studies course in the field of Heating and Air-conditioning. He then did a four year apprenticeship course at night, while working in the field full-time during the day. Now married for 23 years, with 2 children growing fast that are attending the same schools he did in his youth.
