BEST HVAC company in town...King Cooling and Heating came out the same day and fixed my AC within 30 minutes!!! I called King Cooling and Heating at 12:30 pm. The owner called me back directly and said he could get a technician out within 2 hours. They arrived at 2:00 pm and my AC was fixed at 2:30 pm!!! Jesse and Alan were both respectful and honest. They took the time to show me what was wrong, explain how they were going to fix it, and showed me the work after the repair. Ivan showed me the pressure gauge after the refrigerant was replaced to ensure me the there was no more leaking. Soon after buying Cape Coral house AC condenser literally caught on fire and needed to be replaced. Precision installed a new system but then I had ongoing humidity issues, so Joey agreed to swap out that system for a lesser-sized one.
