We just had Metro Heating and Cooling out to see why our AC was not working. Josh their Technician found the problem in no time fixed the problem. Josh was very Personal and was very helpful in setting up a service plan for us! We were very happy.

Just a quick note to thank you for a job well done. On one of the coldest days of the year, our furnace went out, within a couple hours a technician from Metro was at our home, unfortunately, our furnace was not repairable. Thankfully, Metro was able to install a new furnace and AC unit 2-days after our initial call.

Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two. He tried to sell me a $10,000 heating unit, I couldn't afford it so he cleaned it and left me with fears that it could harm my family. After a few years (during that time I was afraid of having it cleaned or serviced) I read an article in the Rochester D&C about preparing your furnace for winter. The article stressed the importance of checking and cleaning your furnace. The article portrayed a gentleman from Hallmark Heating & Cooling. He had a recommendation from RG&E as a local reliable service provider. I was scared due to my previous experience but knew I needed to have my furnace cleaned and looked at. I called them and requested their service. I was very impressed with his prompt return of phone calls, low prices, and HONEST, Reliable, quality of service. He told me my furnace was fine and it still had a few good years left on

If you need to replace anything related to HVAC, Kyle is the guy to go to! My furnaces are running and the house is so warm and cozy now! He was super educational, helpful, and patient. He responded very quickly to all my questions and concerns which made the process very easy. Their prices are reasonable compared to lots of the other guys. Wow is right, what a positive experience. Our AC went out on a hot and muggy MN day, called Northern Air based on Facebook recommendations and was not disappointed. As the reviews say, courteous, professional, and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Kyle at Northern Air – he called and let us know timing, showed up when he said he would, explained what he found, provided options to fix, and got us back in business with cool air.
