We had so many different companies tell us all kinds of different solutions to our HVAC issues. Chris came in and explained everything very simply and clearly to us and provided great options. He helped us the entire way through the financing company too. Huge shout out to the installation crew Bernie and Ron, those guys are awesome! I want to thank Custom/Design Heating & Air Conditioning of Fredericksburg for promptly helping my wife with air conditioning problems this past Friday, June 7th. While I was out of town she called Custom/Design and asked for help when one of our townhouse units failed on the eve of the upcoming weekend, leaving the upper two floors with temperatures in the high 80s. By the late afternoon, the staff, and particularly their Tech Bruce, had solved the problem. Because Bruce had visited the townhouse to do a semi-annual spring checkup in late May, they did not charge us for the emergency service. Great company that I recommend highly.
