By 1973 our company had over 80 employees working for 6 different businesses, including three HVAC companies, an electrical company, a compressor manufacturing company, and a crane company. Our current owner, Doug Rogers, is Buddy’s eldest son with over 40 years of HVAC contractor experience. He began working for the family business in 1972, after school and during summer breaks when he was just a kid. Doug moved the family HVAC company to Ocala in 1988, and is the sole owner of Allan and Rogers today. His son, Colin, has been a service technician for the company for over 10 years. We are involved in our community and are proud members of the Ocala Chamber of Commerce as well as 2 local BNI Chapters.
