My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. A technician came the next morning, well before the scheduled time and fixed the issue within an hour. He recommended we have the outside unit cleaned and he was 100% correct. He then explained his plan to correct the problem, and professionally completed the plan. Every question we asked was thoroughly answered, and his knowledge of the HVAC components was very impressive. After completing his invoice Kevin completely discussed his report to ensure I agreed with everything in his invoice. Kevin’s professionalism is outstanding.
