Every year Town Housing steps their game up. Since I have rented from them they have upgraded their operating office, upgraded the living space I stay at (adding an automatic lock for security, repairing building structural issues, etc), and even upgraded to online accessibility for tenant request and rental payments. They have always been prompt about maintenance request, and this year they even included snow removal as their responsibility (last year we had to shovel our own sidewalks). I have been supremely impressed with the service from this company.

I brought my deLonghi portable air conditioner because we thought it was not blowing as cold. I thought he would check it out and call me. Well to my surprise he checked the unit and it was blowing 41 degrees exactly what it should blow. I thought to myself here is a honest man, and all he had to do was take it in and say anything. Been using Dennis for years. Always quality service that he stands by. Old fashioned repair place that stands buy his work. I have used him for TV repair AC repair and TV and AC replacement. Very fair pricing and timely service. I recommend him to do what ever is needed. No bait and switch here. In this day and age to have an honest repairman is a wonder and that is exactly what he is. He will always tell u exactly what u need. Also installs anything u need. Does computer work as well. He installed a pair of speakers in my laptop and there hasn't been a problem since.

I am known to Dennis as Sansui Evelyn because that is the stereo equipment I have been bringing to him for at least the past ten years. I have had him repair: tuner, amplifier, tape deck, CD player at different times. He has always researched to find parts (system is 40 years old). He contacts me when part is found, gives me the price in order to get approval, then makes the repair in a timely manner. After many years of having tuner repaired, he could not find a part at reasonable price, so I went on eBay and purchased a used tuner for much less than the part. Took it in to him to check it over - nothing needed repair. I am completely satisfied with all service. If something Dennis repairs does not live up to reasonable standards, he does whatever he can to make it right. I don't know if there is a warranty on work (because I never checked and I only needed to return once in 10 years and was handled well). You can ask him about this. This is a business that stands by its work.

I was looking for a company to properly install my under the window units. I was tired of taking it out during the colder months and wanted something permanent. HVAC Hunters was responsetive and affordable. They did a fantastic job, and I will be calling them again to install my parrents under the window units as well. Highly recommended.

I noticed my window AC unit had some mold in it, so I hired HVAC Hunters to clean it and put it back to my window. They sent two people who did a great job. I asked a lot of questions about proper maintenace to help keep it cleaner in the feture, and they answered evenything and clearly knew what they were talking about. They even told me my braket was installed incorrectly and fixed it without charging me extra. I'll defenetly call them for any help in the future.

I'm so happy we came across Alex with HVAC Hunters. He went out of his way to make sure we are happy with our new AC installation. He is very detail oriented and did an amazing job. Wish all contractors were this great. We highly recommend HVAC Hunters for anyones next air conditioning jobs.

My Central Air System was no working and Alex came and had it up and running in no time. HE was a true professional, reliable, thorough, meticulous and took great care while working inside my apartament. Ihad him come back a second time for a deep cleaning of the unit. 100 percent would hire again.
