A couple friends of mine recommended the Good Guys to me, and I am very pleased with their service. First, there was no hassle in getting an early appointment for my annual service. Second, Billy Edwards did an extensive cleaning job I have never seen done by my old service. Third, Billy is a nice guy who gave me a clear and understandable answer to my questions. I contacted this company because of a drain problem we were having in our back yard. They sent out 2 service people that worked for hours clearing out drains. 2 of the 3 drains were opened and are flowing well. The 3rd they needed to dig out a damaged area and replace a section of pipe. This was done in 2 trips to my home. I was not at home while the work was done but my wife was totally impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of these 2 people. They stayed in touch with me by phone to give me updates as the work progressed. The big question is would I call them for other problems, YES. Just have to brag on TNT HVAC for the absolute, hands down, most awesome experience EVER with an HVAC company. We will never use another company!
