There is an excellent chance we will be booking our installation because of Mike and with Betlam. We already know that John Betlem is a very reputable company from friends who do business with them.

I've used Aaztec Heating since our business discovered them 15 years ago. When you work on homes pre-1940 you need a company familiar with boilers and able to convert radiator systems to infloor heat. John and his guys have always done a great job for us. It doesn't matter if its remove a radiator so we can sand a floor or boiler replacement. They've always been very competitive. As a contractor you look for who's going to give you the best service and who's on your team if we need to solve a problem. Aaztec gets an A rating in both of those area's. The Mirror Lake Condominium Association had 16 boilers replaced September 2006 by Aaztec Heating. The work was done in a timely manner. Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two. He tried to sell me a $10,000 heating unit, I couldn't afford it so he cleaned it and left me with fears that it could harm my family. He had a recommendation from RG&E as a local reliable service provider. I was scared due to my previous experience but knew I needed to have my furnace cleaned and looked at.
