The tech was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave me quotes on items and services he thought I may need and made sure everything was running right before leaving. Tim, came out to service our unit and found a bad coil, since our unit was up an age a bit Tim gave us a few options. Option one was a temporary fix, where as option number two was a long term solution.
