I am an HOA manager and one of my downtown San Diego properties had an AC unit fail. The building was sweltering hot and this very hot summer we’ve been experiencing didn’t help the situation. I had called several companies asking for a service tech to come out and diagnose the problem and the booking time was over 2 weeks at every company. My air conditioning went out on a Sunday. Robert at Imagine That Air Conditioning installed the unit 15 months prior. With the pandemic, I wasn't at all sure he was still in business. I called his number that Sunday and it did ring through so I hung up with the plan to call him the following morning. Low and behold, Robert called me about an hour later. He asked me the circumstances of the A/C unit, came by a couple of hours later and quickly (within 10 minutes) had my A/C unit up and running. I was so thankful that he was able to assess and fix the unit so quickly, especially considering it had been in the high 90s for several days. He didn't charge me as the unit was still under warranty. I was so thankful for his quick response and resolution. Thanks again Robert.
