Batey Bros installed a new AC unit for me last month. Their service was great, price was fair, they were courteous and on time. Absolutely a top quality installation. The new unit is much more efficient and is reflected on the power bill.

I got the Batey Brothers number from my Son and called them. Having never before talked to us, Mr. Jeremy Batey promptly answered his phone asking how he could help us. He took his time talking to me and my husband. He was busy late that evening at a job site but said he could come out the next morning at 8 am Sunday. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He had us fixed up in no time. We will be calling them in the future for every air conditioning repair that may be needed. Very nice and helpful.

Jeremy came out on a Sunday morning, diagnosed my problem, picked up the new condenser fan motor and had me up and running by the time I got in from work on Monday. Came home on a muggy hot Saturday afternoon to a non-working upstairs unit. Travis Batey immediately answered my call and quickly set me up for a service visit on a Sunday. Jeremy Batey was here first thing Sunday morning and after about 45 min had us back in cool air. Even set me up on a maintenance plan to keep this from happening again hopefully. We get to leave for vacation tomorrow as planned. These guys are an absolute blessing, professional and know their stuff. You will not be sorry!! Very affordable pricing too!!

Previous condo owner did business with Mobile Air so we've continued with the company and we are very happy with their service. I've been in the 256 for many years. I've used a lot of companies and always dreaded the call to an HVAC business. I mean seriously you almost want to hold your breath. Long story still long, our unit went out. Russell from Maximum Comfort came within an hour of my call. He was HONEST on how things would go. We could of tried a new compressor but seriously this was a builders grade unit and it really needed to be replaced. Our bills were astronomical because the unit was too small for our house anyway. We shopped around and Russell gave us the best price. He and his guys came out 2 days before I expected them. They were kind and knowledgeable. I felt super comfortable just letting them do their thing. Spending money on a new HVAC stinks but they did not over sell me. I got a quality unit at a GREAT price. I hope to see them out and about. Really good guys. I highly recommend Maxium Comfort. If you're going to spend that money make sure it's with someone who takes the time to explain it all to you. Kudos guys. Customer for life!

Parker responded to our initial call within an hour and was on site to quote the following morning, which was the day after a holiday weekend. He never tried to over sell, and offered, by far, the best quote we received from three different HVAC Companies. Parker had a new unit and crew, Ben & Michael, at our place in no time. I cannot say enough good things about all three of them, they are awesome. Nothing but the utmost professional and courteous customer service, all of them are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and meticulous! I would say that in all of our years in Alabama, we have never received better service from Heating and Cooling professionals.
