My AC went down after a power outage/surge. I called and the tech was out at my house within 45 min of calling for 1st time service on a Saturday! This was great response time! The tech was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave me quotes on items and services he thought I may need and made sure everything was running right before leaving. The guys came out today to replace our aquacoil system from the 90’s. Ryan did an amazing job explaining everything they would do to get up up and going with a new system eliminate aquacoil system. We could not be happier. They did an amazing job in a quick time frame (our house never even got warm and it’s JULY!). They fixed a slight plumbing issue and made sure it all worked correctly. Honest, reliable, and friendly - three words that sum them up. We had Columbus Worthington Air out to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit and they said it was either fix the compressor or replace the unit and they quoted us at $3,000-$5,000+ depending on what we chose. I gave Heating and A/C Systems a call for a second opinion and Rod and his team came out within a few hours and identified the real problem - a bad breaker. The breaker repair was only $200, which included an A/C repair and tune-up and furnace tune-up. So, we went from a $5,000+ bill to a $200 bill. Talk about relief! I can't say enough about Rod and Heating and A/C Systems. I recommended them to my family and definitely recommend them to anyone. I know small companies can give some people pause, but give Heating and A/C Systems a chance and you will be so grateful and so happy you did.
