The technician was knowledgeable and gave me some great insight into what was wrong with my system (needed to replace the whole thing). After having a couple different quotes for a new furnace and oil tank installation, Ward heating and cooling offered the best prices and came out right away to take a look at the existing system. Lynn was a pleasure speaking with on the phone and Tom was very thorough and answered all my questions. After the job was complete, the basement was cleaner than it was before they arrived and all the debris was cleaned up and removed. They did an absolutely amazing job. Tom has been our go to guy for annual service of our heating system for 3 or 4 years now. When we had a "water emergency"...hot water poring off our boiler...on a Sunday no less...he was there within a couple of hours to stop the damage and back on Monday to solve the problem. With his support staff's help he is also handling the warranty inquiry with hopes of getting us back the money we are owed due to what was quite possibly faulty equipment. Responsive, fast, helpful & professional. 5 stars for sure!

I had one of their Tech's come out on a service call only to be told that my unit was totaled, this was Friday. When i called Monday to see about getting a replacement I spoke to Ryan. He was knowledgable and courteous. It's their peak time of year and here we are two days later and I've got a brand new heat pump and a nice cool house. The service tech were great and very polite. My wife is disabled and it's been a huge relief to have a working heat pump.

Julio did an extensive amount of work for me on a 2 family home I was rehabbing which needed alot of plumbing work. Julio is very professional, very knowledgeable, easy to work with and did a great job for me. While others quoted me estimates without even looking at the detailed scope of work at the job site (really?), Julio showed up, noted what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate and realized my urgency to get started and done. These guys rock. I had a new furnace installed, going from oil to gas. They quoted me at least $4000 cheaper for the job than other more corporate commercial companies. They are small enough where you are not paying for corporate overhead, but still large enough to complete a job on time and on budget. Even the "punch list" items were completed the next day.
