I am an HOA manager and one of my downtown San Diego properties had an AC unit fail. The building was sweltering hot and this very hot summer we’ve been experiencing didn’t help the situation. I had called several companies asking for a service tech to come out and diagnose the problem and the booking time was over 2 weeks at every company. Customer service at this company is excellent. Today tech Hayden Metz came to solve why my AC didn’t have power to the compressor. He quickly analyzed the problem and restored the AC. We called Climate Care this morning due to our furnace that stopped heating the home we spoke with Diana, Diana was very easy to work with, she was trustworthy, and honest.
