James is a wizard at working the problem with a cost effective solution.Next up, David, Eddie, Andre and Matt worked for 2 days to run a gas line and were completely professional.  They respected our floors and carpets (which pleased my wife) and cleaned up afterwards.  I work from home and was not disturbed throughout the job. Finally, David did an excellent job patching the drywall.Highly recommend this company and the professionals they employ.

Just had one of best experiences when dealing with contractors. The heat in my house stopped working at the worse time (in the middle of the night). I called one company and they said they would be out first thing in the morning, No Show! A friend referred me to American HVAC. We use American HVAC for work – we are always super appreciative of the quality of the work we get with American HVAC.  I work at a organization where we have multiple buildings and different air temperature needs for each building – they always troubleshoot our issues and make sure we are meeting the temperature needs of our members and families.The technicians and Cuinn (the owner) are always professional and helpful to explain exactly what the issue is and how they are going to resolve it.  We have called them in emergency situations with our AC and they have been able to come out quickly and take care of our issues.  During the hottest part of the Summer, a fuse burned out and we had no AC for a main lobby area – they were out to us and had our AC back up within a couple hours.  They have been a real life saver for us!I know we will continue to use American HVAC for work and if I have any residential needs for my house – they will be my first call!

I bought a fixer upper during the summer of 2012. The house was a total mess. Ismael from MasRam worked with my contractor regarding the ceiling and condition of the attic. He visited several times to ensure it was properly supported before he began his work. The MasRam crew installed our new central air system, including new vents and an awesome thermostat. The new system works great and you can hardly hear it. Ismael came back six months later at "no cost" to properly correct a vent that needed to be adjusted.

I would like to thank MasRam for sending Ismael to our residence. When he arrived, we gave him a description of the AC problem we were having. He went outside for several minutes and returned with the capacitor. He showed us how it was damaged and we replaced it. While there, he offered a free tune up as we were his last call of the day. I am extremely happy with the service provided by DC Air . Our A/C went out late at night during the week of 107 degrees temps in Dallas. i am 22 weeks pregnant and work from home. I reached out to these guys and got an immediate response at 10PM! Someone was able to come out to take look at our unit the very net day. We had several factors at this point . We needed a new compressor , but since we live in 4 unit town home with backyard facing the road and no back exit a crane was needed to brought in . The team came out and suggested alternatives to go through our neighbors yard, undo the fence , remove , remove the unit and replace it . This saved us hundreds ! Luckily for us we had planned trip and a day prior to returning , all the work was done and we had A/C again .
