Justin was a great technician. Arrived on time went above and beyond to check things out in the attic also. He said the unit may need a little Freon but he said on his next visit he would get a more accurate reading when the outside temp warms up. He took the time to explain to me about this unit AYS put in about 3 years ago.Overall he gets 5 star!

Great Work, Dependable and Excellent Customer Service!I can't recommend Dwight's Heating and Air Conditioning enough. If you're looking for someone who's reliable and is a good and honest person, Dwight is that person. Trust me, you can't go wrong with this gentleman. He really cares about you! Dwight replaced our entire outdated HVAC system with ease and he is extremely meticulous. I live in a condo environment and comparing the other unit installs to Dwight's is literally night and day. All the lines going into my outdoor heat pump were neat and covered properly and my unit was level to the ground, unlike the other units. You can tell Dwight takes great care to get the job done right the first time. From my observations, he has pride in the work he performs. I got several estimates and let me tell you, they were all over the place. Dwight's was very fair and more importantly, he presented himself exactly as he did the install. If you're confused and worried that the job needs to be done right and you really need someone you can count on, Dwight is who you have to see. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend him! Franklin the owner was on site part of the time. He and his staff did an excellent job installing the heat pump and new thermostat. All equipment was thoroughly tested and checked. They left my utility room very clean and made sure they collected all trash associated with the install.
