I just have to express how wonderful this company is. They are contracted with my property management. My AC went out this past weekend on the extreme heat. They scheduled me the earliest they could, and were very friendly. They were on time and able to quickly fix the problem. I am so grateful for their quick response. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of National Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. One of their technicians, Jeff, has done most of my routine maintenance and is always professional, very knowledgeable, personable and usually arrives early! He recently installed a new motor in my Heat pump and did a great job. This was during a period of 100 degree weather. He identified the trouble, ordered the motor, and arranged delivery during the time he was working on the unit the next day. I had not expected to find relief from the heat so quickly. Thanks, Jeff! Even let us borrow heaters to help keep our house warm until we could get the new heating system installed. I have had National Heating and Air Conditioning technicians out to my home in Ashland, OR twice this summer. First to do an initial inspection and service on my air conditioner. A couple of months later my HVAC fan motor needed replacement. Both times they responded promptly and they were knowledgeable. Each time they understood what I wanted and took care of it quickly. Bill from Akian Plumbing was extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and service oriented. He arrived on time in a mask, gloves, and booties. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our toilet, carried out the repair quickly and expertly for a reasonable price, and then checked in on any other issues we might have while he was there. Once my refrigerator Samsung stopped working. I tried to find on Yelp company who works with them.It was hard to find repairmen that can service Samsung refrigerator apparently. I called up at least 7-8 places who couldn't do Samsung and eventually found Fuse. Fortunately company works late and technician was able to come the same day. Adam did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator which was not cooling. I liked the quick response, efficiency, customer service, price and application of their visit/diagnostic fee to the repair. Fuse HVAC installed a four-zone Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump system in my house on September 2020. The job took three days in sweltering heat!
