Hyde's A/C, and Thor, our technician, were beyond wonderful. We had an air conditioning failure on a weekend; our regular service company couldn't come out for 3 days; Hyde's came thru for us on a Sunday, and we will now be a regular customer. Timo’s just installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The service I received was excellent. I interviewed several different companies and after about five minutes chatting with Miguel, I knew I was going to go with Timo’s. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. It was big purchase for me and while their prices were competitive, they were less than some of the other companies I had talked with. The guys that came to do the install were SO nice, professional and very careful in my home as it was just remodeled and I was worried that the floors and walls could get damaged. Incredible Service, I was July 3rd, without AC in my home, and it was really hot (like 105F), I google for Air Conditioning Repair Services and call a few, only Vic’s responded right away, the technician was very polite and told me that the fuses were burn, right away he change it, check the pressure on both units and change my air filter for free. He also performed and safety check and measure the temperature off the vents inside the house. He give me some recommendations on my equipment and left his business card. Very pleased with the service. I will recommend this company to everybody!
