Heat Pump Repair Canton

Noah and Dom came out today to install a new 4 ton Daikon AC unit plus furnace. They were on time, polite, efficient and professional . They cleaned up any mess they created and gave me an in depth run through of both new systems. They set up the new thermostat as well and showed me how to use it. I have their maintenance plan and they will check on my system periodically. The system came with a 12 year warranty , parts and labor etc. We also got a great deal by buying during slow season! The furnace was free as part of their February special. We have used other maintenance companies in the past, and this one is by far our favorite! If you’re on the fence about a company to use, call this one. They may be a big name, but they feel like a smaller more personal company. We have the same technician for our inspections , his name is Jay! He’s awesome , never pressured me and treated me like a customer should be treated. Our a/c went out last week. Called to set up a service appointment on a Wednesday and was able to send Cody a service tech out the next day. He reviewed our system and gave me options to repair our 36 year old a/c or to replace and based on all the information and age of the unit we decided to replace with a new Trane xr 16 Was able to setup a appointment for the new install the following Monday. On Monday Fred and Ivan arrived on time and got right to work. Through the install they communicated about the process and was informative about the new new ac unit and answered any questions I had. My furnace needed to be replaced. I needed a replacement soon as we have our house on the market. Tracy came out and evaluated the best replacement. We set an installation a few days later. Was advised they’d be here between 9-11. They showed up @ 8:59. The 3 man crew was very professional and replaced the furnace in 2 1/2 hrs. In addition they even vacuumed the area around the furnace when they were done. I can’t speak highly enough about Air Pro Heating & Air. Most rating systems give 10 as the top score, I’d rate them far beyond a 10. I’ve advised the company that they can use me for a recommendation any time.

Furnace went out on a February Saturday night and I had a repairman at my home diagnosing the problem on Sunday. After leaving space heaters for us so we wouldn’t freeze, they picked up a replacement for the failed part as soon as their supplier opened Monday morning.
