I called another AC company to troubleshoot an AC unit blowing hot air. The tech explained that the compressor needed to be replaced for close to $3,000 but that I should seriously considering replacing the 6 year AC system for a heck of a lot more. I called Semper Fidelis for a second opinion and Jonny explained that the condenser was fine and that I only needed to replace the capacitor for a tenth of the cost of the compressor. Very responsive, honest and competent in true Marine tradition!

High Performance Home Systems saved us!!! Our air conditioner went in the Houston July heat. I called and they had a tech out the same day to evaluate the issues. Once it was determined that we had to finally replace our 28 year old units (not surprising), the technicians came out and replaced our entire HVAC unit THE DAY AFTER A HURRICANE came through our city. The work was perfect, the follow up was thoughtful, and the technicians courteous and knowledgable. I will never call another company for HVAC needs.

They still never fail to amaze me. I’ve been using Garland Heating & Air for the past six years and they still never fail to amaze me. Late last night, my AC was making so much noise I had to turn it entirely off as to not wake the neighbors. I called GH&A at 8 am and had Weston at my door before 9. My fan was replaced within the hour and he even went the extra mile to clean off the inside of my unit to help with air flow. As always, he was knowledgeable, professional and I was up and running in no time.

Have enlisted their services twice in last two years for two different properties. Techs are knowledgeable, efficient and explain issues thoroughly to resolve problems. This year, opted to call them directly outside of a home warranty on an investment property (due to long delays of 4-7 days in scheduling with two other companies) after a great experience last summer, and they were available within a few hours. Would’ve saved money but the repair was urgent with summer heat. Very affordable and will continue to use them should future needs arise!

I called and asked for maintenance of my AC unit. They responded same day and set up the appointment for 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right on time, after calling and giving me a 20 minute heads up they were on their way. Timely, thorough and quality work.
