Heat Pump Repair Tucson

Our heat pump stopped putting out cool air in the middle of the night. We called at 8 AM when they opened. A technician was at our house within 2 hours and had it fixed in no time. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Family Air!

I was a little worried about the cooling ability of an 11 year old mini split in my art studio. I did not purchases it from Hamstra. I called Hamstra because they have been my HVAC company for the last 10 years. Mid july, hot and and humid, I had no idea they would be able to send a service man over in 2 days, Sunday morning. Turns out everything was fine, Jeff checked out the entire system and gave me good advice about the most efficient way to use the mini split for the erratic times that I spend in the studio in the summer. BEST IN THE AREA!!! Brandon came out to evaluate my 17 year old HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I scheduled an install and it only took them a day and I was up and running with a brand new system and a tankless water heater! I had called a big name company here in town, they did a repair that lasted less than a week, called them back and they... mentioned I would have to pay additional labor, etc. My neighbor recommended Desert Star, so i gave them a call. The manager gave me a couple of options and of course I chose the more inexpensive option since I had already paid a previous company for a repair that was NOT refunded, I mentioned my concerns so they had mentioned that if this repair did not work I would be able to credit it towards a new system.....which I did after calling them back a month after their repair.

Called when my heating stopped working. Was surprised to receive a text almost immediately after getting off the phone that that techs were on their way. The technicians (Cody Waite and a new person I can’t remember his name but he was great too) were friendly, professional and informative.
