We called Craig’s because our AC wasn’t blowing cold air. They sent a technician the same day. He was thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly and fixed it efficiently. We are so glad we chose Craig Comfort Control!

My technician was Doug. I had an emergency plumbing issue and he came right out and worked diligently until the issue was fixed! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I recommend this business and Doug! They had to come back out and fix an additional problem we found from the first instance and Brad accompanied Doug. They were both professional and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Had a leak appear by the back door. Called Clark heating and air conditioning, left a message and within five minutes had Jeremy call me back. He was out at my house within twenty minutes which was very quick. He quickly found the problem which was the ac stack, he removed the clog quickly. I was afraid it was going to be something more serious but thankfully it was simple. Awesome service and will be my go to company for a/c and plumbing. Jeremy was very professional and did a wonderful job.

Great experience with this company. I called Tuesday morning about my pilot light no longer working in the water heater, and Doug and Jeremy came out that afternoon. They were quick and efficient and made sure they explained what was going on and what could be done. Sadly, I needed an entire new unit, which required an electrician. Clark’s set that up as well, and I didn’t have to make any calls to get it done.

Was awoken to water pouring out of hot water heater in the hall and scrambled to find water shut off, got the water off and called Clark. Doug and Jeremy were here in under five minutes. Amazing!!! After a quick inspection they ascertained it was a ‘thermal unit’ and had us back to hot water in under 30 minutes! I sincerely and highly recommend Clark and specifically these two gentleman. I've been in the 256 for many years. I've used a lot of companies and always dreaded the call to an HVAC business. I mean seriously you almost want to hold your breath. Long story still long, our unit went out. Russell from Maximum Comfort came within an hour of my call. He was HONEST on how things would go. We could of tried a new compressor but seriously this was a builders grade unit and it really needed to be replaced. Our bills were astronomical because the unit was too small for our house anyway. We shopped around and Russell gave us the best price. He and his guys came out 2 days before I expected them. They were kind and knowledgeable. I felt super comfortable just letting them do their thing. Spending money on a new HVAC stinks but they did not over sell me. I got a quality unit at a GREAT price. I hope to see them out and about. Really good guys. I highly recommend Maxium Comfort. If you're going to spend that money make sure it's with someone who takes the time to explain it all to you. Kudos guys. Customer for life!

Parker responded to our initial call within an hour and was on site to quote the following morning, which was the day after a holiday weekend. He never tried to over sell, and offered, by far, the best quote we received from three different HVAC Companies. Parker had a new unit and crew, Ben & Michael, at our place in no time. I cannot say enough good things about all three of them, they are awesome. Nothing but the utmost professional and courteous customer service, all of them are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and meticulous! I would say that in all of our years in Alabama, we have never received better service from Heating and Cooling professionals. You would never know that we had a crew on our property doing all that work in one day, as they left it better than they found it. We highly recommend Maximum Comfort Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of repair, new installation or routine service.
