Richard Boullon is the Director of Sales and brings his experience to the team. Richard Boullon was born and raised in Mexico, then came to the United States in 1991 where he worked on a farm in Paul, Idaho. In 1994 he moved to Illinios and started work in hardscape and landscape installation for the next six years. After meeting his wife in Illinois, they eloped and moved back to Idaho in 2000. 17 years later, they are happily married and have 3 beautiful children together. His wife works for a well established accounting firm in Ketchum. Between their jobs and their children they are very busy, but they wouldn't want it any other way! When they moved back to Idaho, he started working for Clearwater Landscaping as a Construction Manager for five years. During the slow season of snow removal, he decided to look for a "winter job" and found a job with American Heating as an HVAC apprentice. During his 12 years of employment with this company, he received his HVAC Journeyman License after taking a 4-year HVAC course at The College of Western Idaho. After three years of having his Journeyman License he applied and took the state exam for the HVAC Contractor License. He decided it was time for something new, to grow professionally, when there was a change being made with ownership at American Heating. He was fortunate enough to meet Jim Bradley. Together, with his expertise and Jim's, Altitude Heat and Air, LLC was formed.
