Our furnace stopped running on a Saturday night during a Steeler game. I never thought I would get anyone to respond. Patrick picked up and scheduled time the next day to come and take a look. Just had the Worst/Best situation. Came home to realize my Heating wasn't working. Went to RJ Walke they didn't have the piece. Drive pass JEFF HVAC. Sign says closed so i go to see when will they open. I'm approached by his wife. I tell her my story. Long story short Jeff comes out (after 4) assesses the problem. But seeing how he's worked all day we agree to Monday then Sunday. Shake on it. I get a call from Jeff letting me know that he could back and fix it if it was ok with me. I HAVE HEAT. He didn't have to help my family and I. He didn't have to be so kind.

Jeff’s HVAC installed a ductless split AC/heat pump. The installers were extremely competent and professional. They did an excellent job. Jeff’s price for the job was less than all the other bids we received and included better equipment. We also had them clean another split system we have. Dustin did an extremely through job.
