My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Upon arrival, the Technician, Ryan, was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a fix. Our A/C was up and running in no time. Ryan explained everything he was doing in detail, gave me maintenance pointers, and provided a thorough explanation of the bill.

We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. A technician came the next morning, well before the scheduled time and fixed the issue within an hour. He recommended we have the outside unit cleaned and he was 100% correct. Top quality service by Nick and his service techs. After an inadequate HVAC installation by ANOTHER company that was contacted by the General Contractor during remodeling, Nick has come in and corrected the situation by adding 3 return vents.
