This company is the best. Unfortunately we have had quite a bit of issues with our pipes the past 2 years, but Chris and the whole team have been awesome. They are honest and their pricing is fair. The quality of the work is unmatched. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great business in every aspect. They installed two new AC units in June 2022 and I was so pleased with their price, attention to detail on the installs, cleanliness and care for my home during the installs, timeliness, and very friendly attitude from everyone at the company--the owner, the office staff and the technicians. Their technician Conner was so nice to work with on the installs--he kept me informed of important details of the install and the checks that would be made post install. I was so pleased with everything that I had them install a third AC unit in February 2023. I didn't call anywhere else because Edmond AC, Heat and Plumbing had the best price and best service. I can't say enough good things about this company.

We’ve used Edmond Air several times and each time they have been professional, affordable and done great work. This time our 75 gal hot water went out. Michael offered several options to replaced it. We decided on the tankless hot water heater and we’re extremely happy with it.

The owner, Roger, is the best!!! I had been abandoned by a bad contractor during my bathroom renovation. I called Edmond Plumbing explaining the situation. Roger returned my call the same day. He came out and stated his guys would finish the install. You can really count on this company to provide excellent service every time!!

The Technician Levi came and diagnosed our issue quickly. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had. He fixed our AC issue promptly and I did not feel as though he was just trying to sell me any unnecessary work/products. I will definitely use Dowd again should I have any further heating/air problems

We had a young man out about 2 months or so ago because our mini split was not cooling. He never came in our home, just did “ something” outdoors and charged us a $100 and left. Still didn’t cool. We called again and Terry Dowd Jr., came out and has the unit running just like it was new. He was professional, worked quickly and thoroughly. We’d be $100 to the good if they had sent Terry out the first time. Next time, we won’t settle for anyone else. We should have been discounted for the first call, but at least our unit is working properly.

I have a mini split which one of the parts needed a fix but no other companies want to fix it for me but only wants to sell me a new unit. DOWD heat and air came to fix for me during summer and came back to fix for me again when it became loose with no charge during this winter. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs a HVAC technician. It is hard to find a HVAC company has such good integrity
