I had an excellent experience with Active Heating and Cooling. Their technician, Alan, arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my air conditioning unit and even provided some tips on how to keep it running efficiently. The whole process was seamless, from scheduling the appointment to paying the bill. I highly recommend Active for their top-notch service and expertise!

Safe and warm!! Coldest day of the year and my furnace quit working. I wanted someone local so I called Air Technicians. Kyle answered and inspected the issue. He is very knowledgeable and caring explaining everything realizing the importance of fast service to provide heat again. He helped me choose the best option and within hours it was installed. He had everything available so no waiting. I now have a new furnace and it is working great. He provided a room heater till the work was done . The installers were quick and left no mess behind. I phoned Furnace Dr. on a very cold Friday night at 7pm. Sam G. came over immediately to look at my situation. Sam tried his best to obtain the part needed for my furnace but was unable to find one that would work in an efficient manner. He gave us sound advice and came back early on Saturday morning to install the necessary part after he was able to obtain it from the supply warehouse. He did a very nice job and was extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. .I will recommend Sam to my friends, family and relatives. He treated us very fair with the billing! ( Friday after hours and Saturday am). Very impressive! He is also dog friendly😊🐶

I called early on Monday morning to see if Furnace Doctors could come out and look at our furnace as it was blowing out cold air. I spoke with Sam who said they could come out to our house this afternoon. Sam called me to let me know that he would be able to come earlier than expected and asked me if that was ok with me. Finally! A great rooftop bar in Rockford. This is an excellent upscale outdoor dining and gathering site. The afternoon and sunset views of the Rock River and Rockford’s surrounding countryside are spectacular. The food and drink service is excellent. I had the corn chowder with shrimp because I need to eat gluten free. It was the best I have ever had. We heard that he chef was once requested by President Obama at a location 2000 miles away. Prices are mid to high end.

Very nice, new hotel. Food at restaurant was great. Complimentary breakfast, although not the full spread due to Covid, was top notch. Great service from staff. Probably the best Hilton experience I have had in the many years of traveling.

Beautiful modern design with industrial touches that give a feel of what the building once was. Friendly staff, and great views and super comfy bed. I hope Rockford continues to revamp the downtown area, and that the hotel will thrive.

We have been here 2 times now and everything time was great. The rooms are amazing and the staff was very friendly. The young man who checked us in his name is Gabe he is very nice and he always make our check in easy. And fast drinks and food was very good and the rooms are clean and very nice and spacious. I will definitely be back soon and the breakfast is amazing.

Victor was so quick to come by and figure out our issue. Told me more about my HVAC system than I knew (new home owner).Luckily, we were under warranty (thank you to Victor for checking because this saved me lots of $$$) and we were able to use this to cover the cost of the item replaced. The Young Man was on time to start with. He made me aware when he was on his way. Once here he was extremely courteous answering all my concerns. Most of all he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in his job. He diagnosed the problem super fast then went to his truck for the part. When I looked up from my phone the unit was already working. He had installed the burnt out part that fast! Last but not least Victor was extremely pleasant. Cant say enough good things about this Young Man. Definitely an Asset and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If Google had an option for 100 stars, I’d give a 100 stars review in a heartbeat. What an excellent service. I wish everybody was like Tom, he is so professional and skilled. I felt bad calling him at 2 AM and I was so grateful that he picked up the phone. I have a 17 month old baby and I was worried about the temperature in my home. He came first thing in the morning and fixed my water circulating pump in no time.
