HVAC Companies Belle Glade

I bought my house a year ago, and the AC guy that came along with my house, was nonresponsive and a one-man show. I called it a 24 hour service and didn’t know what I was getting into. But I have to say it was excellent customer service. I decided I to replace my unit and they did it the next day, along with cleaning my ducts and making sure that my house was cool by the time I came home from work. I highly recommend this company.

When everyone says they are 24 hour Emergeny repair, and yet only one company in 40 that I called actually come out on Sunday night at 10 pm. Needed instant repair due to an edlerly living in the house who is fighting for his life. They understood and showed up with 20 minutes of me calling them. I went thru the google list, called 40 companies, the two guys that showed up were great. They looked at both of my units, one I fixed prior to them getting here, but the other they added frion and went ahead purchased a new system with them. Whoever showed up was going to get my business. These guys went above and beyond, working overtime is one thing, but they were compassionate, would not leave until we cooled off a bit. 10 year warranty on new system and the coastal package....can't wait of the install. Excellent and quick service! Lavelle helped my elderly mother today by cleaning out her A/C ducts and adding freon — her system wasn’t working to cool. She loved him — only wants him to come from now on lol! A hard worker, polite and a real gentleman. Highly responsive company. Definitely recommend!

Their price was the best, given I am usually over charged for living in a nice area, but I work hard for my $$, so I’m even more happy!One thing I would change is the delivery of their estimate. Didn’t hear from them in three week, when I called the office the estimate had arrived nearly two weeks earlier but it was never sent, nor was I ever reached / followed through. However, I am happy I did! They installed almost immediately once I accepted the bid. I'm impressed! I chose Advance Cool Air when I read positive customer comments on Thumbtack. I called last week and scheduled an appointment for this Monday. The technicians arrived on time and examined each of our 8 units, some on the roof, others in our dropped ceiling. They reported back to their home office and I received a fair and reasonable bid the same day. I clicked the acceptance button and they literally showed up the next day (Tuesday) to service the units. They completed 3 inside units and will complete the roof units tomorrow morning. The clarity and honesty of the lead tech, Richard, is appreciated so I feel confident they will complete the entire project while educating me on the status of our system. Then, we'll plan a routine schedule to see to it the system's are maintained.

Called this company after reading another post - Andrew had also just got home but said to give him 30-45 minutes and he’d come over because “he didn’t want us to be without ac all weekend”. Seriously - what company has that kind of amazing attitude anymore? Ian called immediately on Saturday, even before I was finished on Angi. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and quoted a repair price that was less than half of Angi's fixed price. Set the appointment for Monday morning. Hector arrived on time Monday morning and repaired my AC unit very quickly. Hector was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend AC Captain. Their 5-star rating is well deserved.

This company is incredible! Had another company that came out and wanted to charge us almost double, and charge for every little thing. One call to A/C Captain and their technician Hector was there that day! Other company tried to tell me it would take two weeks to get a compressor. I ended up getting a brand unit with A/C Captain which we needed. Will only use them from here on out
