If I could leave 10 stars I would. I had a company come and check my air conditioner and they said I needed to replace the system because the compressor was bad. So I was checking around to get quotes and Kelly called me back first thing in the morning. She was able to send someone over within an hour and a half and he had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I will be calling them for any future HVAC needs

Amazing, amazing. Been with this company for almost 5 years but they really went above and beyond today. Kelly worked me in at the drop of a hat such a sweet woman. Greg, cleaned my furnace, replace a part that needed. He was honest, didnt try to sell me things i didnt need. This company will be the only one i use for ny heating/cooling needs. Doug is a hell of a guy himself. Thank you all!

I can't say enough about how great My Guys were. We needed a completely new system as ours finally broke down, and we have a very old house. Doug quickly identified air flow issues and created a system for us that corrected those issues, and at a much lower cost than anyone else! Our new furnace is awesome and the crew that installed it was very hard working and respectful! They kept us informed all during the process and installed the furnace and central air perfectly, even leaving us with more room in our basement! Kelly was very attentive and took care of the financial and warranty duties so all we had to do was relax and enjoy our new system. Thanks to all of you at My Guys for taking a distressful situation for us and turning it into a positive and pleasant event. I hope you know how much this meant to us!

Just wanted to send a short note to tell you how pleased we have been with your service.  The combi oven at WRM has not worked correctly for quite sometime and I had multiple service calls on it.  It is now working correctly.I have heard all the techs have been very nice and communicate well.  Hats off to you and your team!

I called Fort Collins Heating and Air because I had a faint gas smell near my water heater. Nick arrived and checked everything he could. He even called a colleague out to double check as he had just started service calls. They found no leak and showed me everything they checked. They were professional, thorough, and kind.

Our air conditioning went out on a very hot day, so we needed a repair quickly. I was expecting to maybe have to wait a considerable amount of time to get it fixed, but I was pleasantly surprised when Pete responded to my repair request in less than an hour and said he could be there that afternoon. He was very thorough and completed the repair quickly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable as well. Overall I was very pleased with the service we received.

Peter responded to my inquiry on a leaking furnace and was over to take a look the next day. He replaced the pipe that was leaking and answered all the questions I had as a first time homeowner. He was also very knowledgeable on other HVAC related systems and confirmed the whole house humidifier is working independently and showed me how to turn it on and off.
